Do you provide International delivery?
We are happy to ship overseas, Please contact franki'scents@francescageorge.net for a carriage quote.
How do I track my order?
Currently all our British Isles parcels are despatched via either My Hermes or Royal Mail .
What are your delivery options?
We despatch your order as quickly as possible or on a date specified by you.!
How do I return an item?
We hope that a return is very rarely required. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us at franki'scents@francescageorge.net and should a return then be necessary we will send you a free returns label.
What is your returns policy?
In the unusual event of there being a problem, please contact us within 14 days and we shall be happy to send you a free returns label .
